ROSATO DI SPAZZAVENTO I.G.T. is produced exclusively of Sangiovese-grapes. After an approximately 4-hour-contact with the grapes (skins), the wine gets pressed and the fermentation starts in a temperature-controlled tank with constantly 16 0 C. As soon as the wine is stable, we imbottle and the ROSATO is then ready to drink.
