Since 2003, with all our dedication, we produce organic wines. We therefore use mostly typical tuscan varieties and only some international ones. The first category is surely leaded by the Sangiovese; 70% of our red grapes are Sangiovese-grapes. Second place [...]



Actually we own approx. 700 dive trees, mostly situated around the farmhouse. You can see the final product here, a very high-quality Olive Oil with a "fruity•• and delicate taste and a very Iow acidity.


A Rosé-wine, produced in a terracotta-amphora. We stopped the fermentation (cooling the wine down) and let it start again in the bottle.
 The wine hasn't been filtered and therefore is not clear but with some yeasts, present in the bottle. 11,5% of alcohol, beautiful colour and the right quantity of bubbles.
