On the groundfloor of our house is this a beautiful appartement for 2 persons (approx. 40sqm). The livingroom with kitchenette and also the bedroom have a door to the outside. There is a small and very new bathroom, unfortunately without window. This app. is absolultely cosy and with morning-sun!
