DIONISIA I.G.T. is composed of different grapes: Trebbiano, Malvasia and Colombana, Wich grow on the old vinyards around our farm. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel-tan- ks with a constant temperature of 16 0C. When this is finished, the wine rests in the tanks until it gets into bottles at around January. The Dionisia is then ready to drink.
