L'UVA E LA TERRA translated means "the grape and the soil" is made of 100% selected Syrah grapes. The fermentation takes place in terracotta amphora of 300 and 500 litres. The whole grape remains for one year in the amphora, together with the wine. Moreover, there is a micro-aeration, possible through the natural material terracotta. All this allows a perfect maturation and the wine becomes of strong character and very round.
