A Rosé-wine, produced in a terracotta-amphora. We stopped the fermentation (cooling the wine down) and let it start again in the bottle.
The wine hasn't been filtered and therefore is not clear but with some yeasts, present in the bottle. 12% of alcohol, dry, fruity, beautiful colour and the right quantity of bubbles.
