L'UVA E LA TERRA translated means "the grape and the soil" is made of 100% selected Syrah grapes. The fermentation takes place in terracotta amphora of 300 and 500 litres. The whole grape remains for a period between 5 months and one year in the amphora, together with the wine. Moreover, there is a micro-aeration, possible through the natural material terracotta. All this allows a perfect maturation and the wine becomes of strong character and very round.
