Our KINZICA
Toscana IGT Sauvignon is produced with only Sauvignon Blanc grapes. We keep the juice for a day together with the grapes, then we press and the alcoholic fermentation can start – 20 days at 16° C. Thanks to the selection of the grapes and our meticulous attention during the production we get a wonderfully fragranced wine, that remembers tomato leaf and elder and wich is tasty and full-body in the mouth.
